Operation
1. Choose and scan design, and then print.
2. The indicator light become bright when you plug in electrical outlet.
Attention: The machine must have the safety ground wire.
3. Set the temperature as you need.(Normal: 120°C - 200°C)
4. Set the interrelated time at the time-control device.(Normal: 5-20S)
5. When the temperature reached the set temperature the light become went out,then you can make the machine work.
6. Put the clothes on the ironning board, and then put the printed picture on the chothes(Mind the direction), then press the handle downwards with strength, at last press handle on it.
Attention: Force does not exceed 30kgs, otherwise the handle can be distorted.
7. When the buzzer sound, you can stop to press handle and upturn it.
8. If using the lower temperature paper to print the picture ,you should use brush to smooth and rip off the paper after 5-10 seconds . If using high temperature one ,you can rip off the paper right now. comfortable effect need you more practice(you can ask the supply merchant about details of the print papers), All kinds of transfer paper need to be tested firstly, then in mass production.
Repair
1. Pressure: If the pressure is not enough or over, you can adjust the pressing nut(7), () means plus
force, (-) means reduce force.
2. Time: When the pressing time is getting, the buzzer doesn’t ring or keep ringing. Please check
if the touch point of Jiggle switch(SA) under inside machine is suitable, if it is unsuitable,
please adjust it suitable position.
3. Temperature: When the temperature is getting as you adjust, the index of temperature control apparatus arrive “0” position(180°C after 15mins). If the heating board can’t work after opening
Machine several minutes, please check the electric circuit.
4. When the handle is pressed at the bottom, you release the handle, but it can rise automatically, please let adjust nut(4) down; After finishing transferring, it is difficult to lift the handle upwards,
please let adjust nut(4) up.
Attention
1.the print designs shoud be phoroed;
2.the machine must have the safety wire;
3.put the frontal paper and reversed paper into the correct position;
4. take care of the attention of the print papers;
5. the print effect will become more better if you make the chothes advance hot.
Washing and take good care of T-shirt:
1.the new produced t-shirt can wash after 24 hours;
2.Don''t rubbing the printed picture can avoid the picture adhibit dirty;
3.the washing temperature should low 40°C;
4.you''d better not wash the T-shirt with washing machine in order to not let the picture become distortional;
5.you mustn''t use bleacher and corrosive scour;
6.don''t insolate the printed T-shirt ;
7.if you want to iron the T-shirt into smooth, using the isolated paper.
